Beauty Influencer Mihlali Ndamase Ordered to Return Luxury Car by South African High Court
South African beauty influencer Mihlali Ndamase has been ordered by the High Court in Johannesburg to return a luxury Range Rover that was allegedly gifted to her by her boyfriend. According to Sunday World, the car was originally owned by the boyfriend’s estranged wife, who had applied for the order claiming that her husband had ignored her repeated requests to return the vehicle, which she needed for transportation to work and to take her children to school.
The court granted the order in January, giving Mihlali’s boyfriend two days to return the car. The order also required the boyfriend to pay for the repairs and maintenance of the car, as well as Mihlali’s other Range Rover, and to make the balloon payment on another Range Rover owned by his wife within 30 days. Additionally, the boyfriend was ordered to pay R156,000 per month towards the maintenance of his wife and children, as well as towards the upkeep of the property they occupy.
