Police said they found the body of a 25-year-old mother of two who disappeared from her Southern California home last week. Her ex-husband was arrested as the primary suspect.

Simi Valle police report that relatives of Rachel Castillo discovered blood at her home. They also found her phone, keys, and car. So far, there is no word on any arrests.
In a press release, the Simi Valley Police Department said that their officers found evidence at the scene and believed it was a crime that resulted in severe bodily injury.
A woman, presumed to be in her 20s, was found Sunday afternoon off the side of a rural road in the Antelope Valley. The Antelope Valley is in the desert region near Los Angeles County.
Castillo’s ex-husband, 25-year-old Zarbab Ali, was arrested Sunday at his parents’ home in Victorville.
Monday, there was not yet known an attorney who could speak on behalf of Ali. According to Ventura County county inmate records, he was held in lieu of $510,000 bail and is scheduled to make his first court appearance Tuesday.
The police released an updated statement on Sunday, “this investigation has rapidly evolved over the past few days.” They stated that “this case is still under experimentation, and some details cannot be released due to legal and investigative reasons.”
