This opportunity will be offered to these customers in eight European countries, including Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
Customers who want to complete their repairs can perform many of the most common repairs for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series and Mac notebooks with Apple Silicon.
The self-service repair shop provides access to over 200 individual parts and tools, and repair manuals.
The program gives customers experienced with the intricacies of repairing electronic devices the opportunity to complete repairs using instructions, parts, and tools available from Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers.
Parts are priced the same as those available through Apple’s network of authorized repair providers. Customers can send replacement parts to Apple for refurbishing and recycling and, in many cases, get a credit for their purchase.

Apple offers tool rental kits for $49, so customers who don’t want to buy repair tools still have access to professional repair tools. One-week rental kits are sent to customers free of charge.
