The Tata Nexon EV Jet Edition

Tata Motors has launched a new special jet version of Tata Nexon EV Prime and Tata Nexon EV MAX electric SUVs ahead of the festive season. The new Jet Edition offers a number of aesthetic and luxury touches to enhance the appeal of the vehicle as well as add a unique atmosphere to the entry-level models. The Jet Edition is said to be inspired by a commercial jet and joins the Dark Edition EV models in the Nexon EV lineup as special edition models.

The Jet version was also introduced in Tata Harrier, Tata Safari and Tata Nexon models offered by ICE. Earlier, Tata Motors had introduced special edition models like Dark Edition and Kaziranga Edition. As for Tata Safari, the company also offers Adventure Persona and Gold Edition models. The Indian manufacturer suggests that these special edition models account for more than 15 percent of a model’s sales.

To achieve this goal, the models have beautiful changes and luxury changes. The Tata Nexon EV Prime in its XZ+ Lux Prime Jet variant is priced at Rs 17.50 lakh (ex-showroom). The long-range Tata Nexon EV MAX comes in two variants, XZ+ Lux MAX Jet and XZ+ Lux MAX Jet AC FC WMU, priced at Rs 19.54 lakh and Rs 20.04 lakh respectively (both ex-showroom).

Both Nexon EV Prime and Nexon EV MAX get a new color that Tata calls Starlight. The body is finished in an earthy bronze shade, while the upper half (roof and pillars) is finished in a platinum silver shade. Body highlights are finished in matte black. Jet black diamond cut wheels have a dark metallic finish.

Inside, the dashboard and door cards are finished in bronze, as well as black and gloss black accents. The leather on the seats is finished in Shell White with contrasting bronze stitching. The front headrests are also worked with ‘#JET’ embroidered bronze on them to add to its beauty.

The Jet Edition models are based on the XZ+ LUX trim level, which is the top-of-the-line version, and hence are equipped with features like multi-mode, cruise control, sunroof, digital gauge cluster, wireless charger. and more.

The cars have not undergone any mechanical updates and remain the same as the previous model.
